Brief introduction of R&D center

       The company's corporate R&D center was established in June 2016. It was formed by the company on the basis of the original laboratory and quality inspection department. During the period, it provided a good platform for technological innovation through continuous improvement and the purchase of scientific research assets.

       The company has a testing center with a comprehensive performance testing room, chemical analysis room, thermal room, quick inspection room, length measurement room, dynamic room, coordination room, etc., covering an area of 1,000 square meters.

        Key material testing equipment includes: rotorless vulcanizer, analytical balance, electronic tensile testing machine, optical tracking microcomputer controlled electronic tensile testing machine, multi-function fatigue machine, multi-function side length machine and more than 20 sets.

       The center has 15 scientific and technical personnel engaged in R&D and related technological innovation activities, accounting for 16.7% of the total number of employees in the enterprise. A complete organization and management system has been established and implemented effectively.

        Play an important supporting role in the scientific research projects undertaken by the company at the provincial, municipal and county levels.

Six functions



  • Project management

    Matrix project management organization structure; Guided by the thinking of the American Project Management Association (PMP), set up development procedures according to the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP); Use the PDM system as a tool for project and file management.

  • product design

    Processing according to drawings: design the structure and function of the hose according to the size and performance requirements of the drawings; Simultaneous development: design pipeline performance, functional indicators and system installation matching and function matching according to working conditions and boundary conditions; Design software (CAD\UG\PRO-E\CATIA), CAE analysis, three-coordinate measurement and other tools to assist the design.

  • Sample trial production

    The key processes are on the same line as the batch products, and the production is unified to ensure the quality and schedule; An independent 1,000-square-meter trial production workshop is used for post-process production and new technology and new tooling test verification.

  • Material design

    Independently innovate and develop new environmentally friendly chemical materials and rubber composite materials, and declare national invention patents to form a patent network to meet the needs of different customers and continue to improve. Establish a cooperative innovation mechanism of industry, university and research, and jointly develop with multiple universities.

  • technological design

    Innovatively design new structures of various products and different production processes, and the products meet the requirements of environmental protection, low penetration, high pressure resistance, durability, corrosion resistance, and dynamic pulse resistance.

  • Experimental verification
